On August 7, the Anhui Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology publicly sought opinions on the draft "High-Quality Development Action Plan for the Industrial UAV Industry in Anhui Province (2024-2027)."

The plan focuses on developing three clusters: Wuhu Bay, Hefei High-tech Zone, and Hefei Baohe District. By 2027, the goal is to have over 100 industrial drone enterprises and expand the industry scale.

I. General Requirements

Focus Areas:

  • Strengthen the industrial chain.

  • Breakthrough in key core technologies.

  • Expand application scenarios.

  • Support infrastructure construction.

Objective: Drive large-scale, distinctive development of the industrial-grade drone industry in the province to support high-quality development of the low-altitude economy.

(2) Development Goals

By 2027:

Industrial Scale Growth:

  • Aim for more than 100 large-scale industrial-grade drone enterprises.
