ARIDGE Secures $200 Million as Production Ramps Up
Total equity funding reaches roughly $1 billion.
ARIDGE, the international brand of XPeng AeroHT and the eVTOL affiliate of XPeng Inc., announced today that it has completed a new equity financing round of nearly $200 million USD, bringing its total equity funding to roughly $1 billion USD.

Investors in this round include Hillhouse Ventures (高瓴创投), Hongshan China (红杉中国), Gaorong Ventures (高榕创投), and Fortune Capital (达晨财智).
ARIDGE said both Hillhouse Ventures and Hongshan China increased their stakes in the latest round, having previously participated in the Series A financing.
With the capital injection, the eVTOL maker claims to have raised the largest total funding among enterprises in Asia’s crewed low-altitude flight sector.
The announcement follows on the heels of ARIDGE completing trial production of five Land Aircraft Carrier units at its mass-production facility in Guangzhou’s Huangpu District on March 5.
The 120,000-square-meter facility can roll out one aircraft every 30 minutes.
ARIDGE is also an active participant in industry standard development, having helped draft China’s first dedicated electrical performance standard for “flying car” power batteries.
Released March 6, the standard sets technical requirements and testing frameworks to support safety, industrialization, and technological development in the low-altitude mobility sector.
