Thank you kindly Yves for the comment! I really appreciate you as a subscriber; your comments and insights have proven very valuable. I am really happy that you use my work -- and have no issue with you doing so.

Overall, my work is designed to support a variety of professional needs -- including research, policy dialogue, market analysis, and decision-making. Regulators and senior officials, for instance, can use the briefs to track regulatory shifts and benchmark industry progress, while analysts and academics reference them for case studies and comparative insights. I am OK with this.

Unfortunately, I keep seeing my work published under the names of other companies or individuals. My articles (from China eVTOL News, Aviation Week, and Aviation International News) are being scrapped and reproduced -- often in its entirety. Some are using my work for their own commercial purposes. Licensing is required for commercial purposes.

This article was compiled directly from AAAG + AutoFlight's official Chinese social media channels – however, the two sides shared a similar update on LinkedIn (I added the link).

I added additional legislation information to provide more context for readers.

Thank you for being a wonderful reader. Wishing you a great week ahead!

Separately, I am rolling out a China eVTOL News 2.0 platform soon - I will be sharing more information soon!

Best,

Jennifer

Thank you Jennifer!

I fully agree with your views. I use your excellent work to get better informed on what happens in the Low Altitude Economy. It allows me to provide better advice to friends and former colleagues if they ask my views.

Companies or individuals publishing your work under their own name is plagiarism and that’s clearly illegal and morally unacceptable.

With modern means it is easy to copy and reach many people

I don’t have a solution to prevent that unfortunately.

I look forwards to seeing your new platform

All the very best,

Yves
