Canadian Aviation College Expands China Ties
The move comes amid civil suits and a recent attack.
About a week and a half ago, Canadians tuning into local news may have come across reports of an attack on John Ling, owner and president of the Canadian Aviation College in Pitt Meadows.
On September 26, security footage showed two masked men assaulting Ling, with his (extremely brave) wife attempting to intervene, while a third individual was seen crawling under his car, allegedly placing a tracking device.
Pitt Meadows Airport is a familiar name in Canada’s flight training scene — it’s where I learned to fly and practiced upset recovery over Pitt Lake. It’s a tight-knit general aviation (GA) community where word travels fast.
