China Updates Airworthiness Regulations for Rotorcraft and Propellers

The Ministry of Transport issued three revised regulatory documents.

On December 15, the Ministry of Transport released three revised regulatory documents: the Airworthiness Regulations for Normal Category Rotorcraft (Ministry of Transport Order No. 8 of 2025), the Airworthiness Regulations for Transport Category Rotorcraft (Ministry of Transport Order No. 9 of 2025), and the Airworthiness Regulations for Propellers(Ministry of Transport Order No. 7 of 2025).

All three regulations are scheduled to enter into force on January 1, 2026.
