On July 26, Qinzhou City rolled out interim measures to overhaul how government entities acquire, share, and operate intelligent drones in the low‑altitude public service space.

The rules kill duplicate procurement — the police now centrally buy and deploy all drones, while a unified "One‑Net Unified Flight" platform becomes the single hub for flight requests, AI‑driven reconnaissance, and cross‑agency data sharing.

No department may build its own competing platform.
