EHang VP Announces Milestone for U-SAVE Project
May 26, 2025 (Central European Summer Time) — Ricardo Ortega Recio, Vice President of EHang Europe & LatAm, announced the successful completion of the Mid-Term Review Meeting for the U-SAVE Project—an initiative focused on life-saving aerial emergency solutions using the EH216-S.
Recio reported progress, including successful ground testing and validation flights at EHang’s Urban Air Mobility Center in Lleida, Spain. The tests confirmed the operational feasibility and reliability of the U-SAVE system, he added.
Co-funded by EIT Urban Mobility, the project aims to advance emergency response capabilities in complex urban environments.
