Shaanxi Helicopter Delivers Bell 407GXI to Shanghai Yihang General Aviation
On August 8, Shaanxi Helicopter Co., Ltd. (陕西直升机股份有限公司) delivered a Bell 407GXI helicopter to Shanghai Yihang General Aviation Co., Ltd. (上海宜航通用航空有限公司).
The black-and-gold aircraft, equipped with emergency pontoons, departed from Shaanxi Helicopter’s base and arrived in Shanghai. The company said this is its first delivery of a Bell helicopter to a Shanghai-based general aviation operator in nearly three years.
Established in 2017 under the Shaanxi Aviation Industry Development Group, Shaanxi Helicopter operates as the first Bell-authorized maintenance facility in Northwest China, providing full maintenance services for the model, including airframe, engine, and avionics support.
For the delivery, Shaanxi Helicopter stated it provided customized technical support to help the aircraft adapt to low-altitude flight operations in the Yangtze River Delta region.
