From Guangzhou to Palo Alto + test flights begin.
November 8, 2025 — EHang announced it was the only Chinese company at the eVTOL USA conference in Palo Alto, California, where it presented the EH216-S.
According to a company press release, CFO Edward Xu outlined EHang’s progress in airworthiness certification and commercial operations during the event, including its 2019 Nasdaq listing and the first U.S. public flight of the EH216-S in North Carolina in 2020 under Federal Aviation Administration oversight.
The company did not disclose any U.S. deals.

A868 Enters Trial Flight Phase
November 7, 2025 — XPeng AeroHT, under its new international brand ARIDGE, revealed on Weibo that its “All-Tilt Hybrid-Electric Flying Car A868” has begun trial flights.
The aircraft used in the tests is an early validation prototype; the manufacturer offered no further details.
The A868 is designed to carry up to six passengers, with a planned cruising speed exceeding 360 km/h (224 mph) and a range of more than 500 km (310 miles).
