State-owned enterprise Zhuhai Huafa Group has introduced an innovative housing concept for Zhuhai in China’s southern Guangdong province that integrates advanced technologies, including uncrewed aerial systems (UAS) and artificial intelligence (AI), into residential construction practices.
Termed the “Huafa Technology + Product System Technical Standards for the New Generation of Good Houses,” the initiative was showcased at a Huafa press conference on April 13, signifying a shift towards a smarter approach to housing development in Zhufai city. This comes as China looks to build its low-altitude economy under several socio-economic plans.
