Jinshan, Shanghai Eyes Low-altitude Industry Hub

The plan aims to create a distinctive industrial park that supports the entire eVTOL and industrial-grade drone industry chain.

Jinshan District, located in the southwestern suburbs of Shanghai, aims to become a key hub for China’s expanding low-altitude economy. On December 23, it released its 2024-2027 action plan to build a low-altitude industry hub — as part of Shanghai's broader strategy to become a Sky City.
